Well it all began in the beginning of 1999. A lot of things started going wrong for me and i couldn't find a way to deal with it.
Then one day i found a compass and i just jabbed it into my arm, as far as it would go. I thought that it would hurt but after i had done it, i looked down and just felt relief. From that day i have self-harmed as a way of dealing with all my upset emotions. I'm 17 and no closer to stopping, i have become addicted to something which will leave me scarred for ever.
