This is for all you out there who have tried or are trying to stop cutting. It’s hard, really hard. I’ve been doing it for years and have recently decided to try and stop. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. It involves many relapses into the abyss of painful love, and it sucks you back in. You’re just not sure it’s worth it. Well, help is one cut away.
