I would like to share about the treatment I am in called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. It was created to help those diagnosed with BPD, but many people who are so-called “normal” even, would greatly benefit from the skills you learn. I had cut for about four years, and then I finally agreed to try DBT. I did not want to go at all, and I had to literally force myself out of my apartment to go. I have only been in it for a few months, but it has already taught me so much, and my life is starting to get back under control, and I don’t hate myself anymore. I definitely think it is worth at least looking into.
